Owie: A word commonly used by small children or infants to describe a wound.
Well here is Keller's first experience with a BIG OWIE. I will admit, I didn't even see this one happen, only the aftermath! Some how he managed to straddle a toy lawn mower backwards and then fall face first onto the cement drive way. I always thought it was instinctual to put your hands out to catch yourself... evidently I was wrong, very, very wrong!
Here is the sequence of events once we got inside...
Mommy to the rescue...

Yeah, that's better
Later that night...
All is well.
One down, one million more owies to go!

Evie's first big owie had no witnesses either. She just came out of the front room with blood all over her mouth, nose, and clothes. It looked like her front teeth had been knocked into the back of her head. Children are resilient though. Now the ladies will just love him even more with his battle scars. :)
Awwww, good thing he has a nurse mommy to save him! He looks so cute, even with a cut up face and banged up forehead!
LOL...only you would pull out a camera to capture your child's bloody scene before cleaning it up! I miss u guys mucho!
